And all fruits need to be air dry before being dipped. You don't want any liquids getting into the chocolate as it will mess up the chocolate.

We ask that you avoid things like raspberries and cake because they can fall apart in the fountain.

For items that are questionable of being dipped, we can simply ladle chocolate on top of them for you.

If in doubt, please ask us first before buying or selecting any items you are not sure of.
